What a story…“Lifgun” found her new owner

There are a lot of stories around from sailors….most of them are a bit over the top. But this one is true and real! Our first Luffe was a Luffe 40.04, when we switched to the Luffe 45 in 2012 we sold her to a danish sailor. So far nothing special. Since I’ve decided to buy a Pegasus 50 the Luffe 45 was advertised too. And to be honest, to sell a boat that was serving me for thousands of miles and was my home for weeks and months is pretty hard from an emotional point of view. She became, over time, a kind of best friend and my biggest wish was to bring her in good hands again. However, a couple of weeks ago I received a phone call from the present owner of the first Lifgun (the Luffe 40.04) and he was asking if I would sell him the Luffe 45 …..What a story!! After a call of maybe 45 Minutes, the deal was made! How wired is that, both of my previous boats went to the same buyer. That’s really something I didn’t was expecting in my wildest dreams. I’m totally happy that she found a cool new owner who is an outstanding sailor and a Luffe lover. And this is a true story which I will remember until my last day! I’m so glad that Lifgun found a new friend and owner in her home waters!
